To say I have led many lives in just this lifetime alone is an understatement. This miraculous body has been gifted the opportunity to transform itself time and time again.
Born and raised in the tiny yet powerful island of Singapore, I summoned courage I never knew I had to leave home at the age of eighteen to fly clear across the globe. I landed in the small town of Flagstaff, Arizona in the USA where I completed my undergrad in Broadcast Journalism.
While I was working for a startup dotcom in Scottsdale, I found myself very interested in nutrition and was often a muse to my co-workers who were always interested in what I was eating, which was often some sort of latest and greatest type of food. Determined to make a living out of my passion, I sold my home and returned to school for the next few years to obtain a Masters degree in human nutrition. I then spent the next 15 years working as a clinical Registered Dietitian in the hospital system in Phoenix, Arizona, ending with a stint at the Mayo Clinic. During that time, multiple tough challenges arose from my relationships that led me down (or really up) the path of self-discovery as I worked deeper and deeper to tear off the layers I had learned from my earlier life. As many of you who have encountered this type of work know, you will undoubtedly also find yourself becoming more and more “spiritual.”
In November 2023, the weekend before my birthday and Thanksgiving, I was diagnosed with cancer. It came as an utter surprise to myself and a shock to everyone who knew me since I had always led a lifestyle that most would deem very healthy and was in the best shape of my life. Being uniquely armed with both medical knowledge as well as holistic experiences, I embarked upon a very painful journey of healing that uncovered miracles and synchronicities that I am currently still in the process of digesting. When the results of a completely clean PET scan came about in August 2024, I ugly cried. The speed at which my healing occurred was a welcomed surprise to my conventional doctors. Even though my holistic healers and I were elated, I cannot state that it was a complete surprise because we all knew the amount of effort that went into my treatments and the higher powers that I had summoned to be included in my healing. This body is amazing. YOUR body is amazing. We all have the capability to heal ourselves…if we could just tap into the resources available to us.
So here I am. A wizardry of all kinds of experiences and knowledge swirled together. I have always felt a calling to be a healer and I can think of no greater fulfillment than to be able to gift to others in humanity the assistance to heal and live your healthiest life as your highest self. I am at your service.
